Warranty Notice: This product is thoroughly inspected before shipment.
The warranty period is TWO years from the date of purchase, provided that users comply with the instructions in this manual and adhere to proper storage conditions. During the warranty period, any malfunctions arising from quality issues will be repaired by the company or authorized dealers. However, damages resulting from improperuse,self-disassembly, or force majeure are not covered by the warranty and may incur appropriate repair charges.
1. "Warranty Period：The warranty period is TWO years from the date of Purchase
2. Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers only the products and parts documented with the company's markings. During the warranty period,malfunction of electronic components occur under normal usage conditions (asper the instruction manual) and when the company acknowledges the fault, the repair or replacement of the affected part is the responsibility of the company.
3. "Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please provide a set of three items including the warranty card, the fishing reel, and a dated proof of purchase (screenshot of the purchase date from various platforms). Please note that if any of these three items are missing, warranty services cannot be provided.
4. Out-of-warranty coverage: Damages incurred, including but not limited to travel expenses for fishing, ferry fees, costs of purchasing fishing equipment such asrods, lines, rigs, floats, bait, as well as repair expenses, arising from faults in this product are not eligible for warranty.
